Business Delivery

Guanlan ERP and Mini Program

A real business digitization case spanning ERP-style data management, WeChat Mini Program, website, and e-commerce order integration.

ERPWeChatdeliverydata model

Problem

The business relied on scattered spreadsheets and manual communication across customers, delivery, inventory, receivables, payment status, and sales operations.

Workflow

  1. 01Clarify customer records, delivery, inventory, receivable, paid / unpaid status, sales, and query objects.
  2. 02Clean historical unstructured data and design normalized relational database fields.
  3. 03Build admin management, internal Mini Program, public website, and e-commerce order-channel adaptation.
  4. 04Prepare deployment, HTTPS, backup / recovery, handoff documentation, and post-launch checks.

Evidence

Public website

The public brand and content surface is available without exposing backend or customer data.

Open artifact

Mini Program

The WeChat Mini Program supports login, phone / name binding, customer record lookup, and delivery-record queries.

Operational modules

Customer records, delivery / inventory, receivables, payment status, batch operations, Excel import/export, and dashboard modules were delivered.

Boundary

  • This is not described as an AI platform.
  • The public proof excludes customer-private screenshots, backend paths, credentials, order data, and financial details.
  • The value is business workflow delivery and data discipline, not unsupported revenue-uplift claims.

Role Mapping

  • Enterprise AI product: field definitions and permissions must exist before model integration is useful.
  • AI POC / solution product: proves business discovery, prototyping, deployment, and handoff.
  • Product operations: demonstrates low-friction workflows for non-technical frontline users.
